TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Sizzlen Productions engages DryTickets to provide ticketing and marketing services for this event. Sizzlen Productions is utilize its own payment gateway and payments for ticket sales will be deposited into Sizzlen's bank account. In the event of the cancellation or postponement of the event, Sizzlen Productions shall be responsible for refunding ticket holders and DryTickets shall not bear any associated costs.
2. ALL CLAIMS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PROMOTER/ORGANISER AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Dry Tickets HAS NO LIABILITY TO YOU.
3. Entry is subject to compliance with the venue's Conditions of Entry.
4. The right is reserved to vary, substitute of withdraw advertised programs, artists, venue and seating arrangements as necessary.
5. No refunds or exchanges except as provided in the Entertainment Industry Code of Fair Practice.
6. Cameras and other recording devices are prohibited in the venue auditorium.
7. The right is reserved to refuse admission to a ticket holder who arrives late to a venue & may not be allocated to their designated seat, until there is a convenient break in the program.
8. Patrons who disrupt a performance, who are in use or possession of a prohibited object may be asked to leave the venue without refund of ticket purchase.
9. The ticket is valid only when purchased through an authorised agent and must be retained throughout the performance.
10. If other conditions apply, they are displayed either in the website or near the entrance to the venue.
11. The ticket purchaser agrees to accept responsibility for ensuring this ticket is not copied and/or used fraudulently.
12. Ticket holder consents to and will permit the search and inspection of his or her person, clothing, bags or other possessions by any official, employee or agent of the venue.
13. The Barcode or QR code on this ticket is unique to this purchase - it will be scanned and accepted as entry to the event once only.
14. BRING YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, WHICH YOU HAVE USED TO PURCHASE YOUR ETICKETS FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES
