Yaarl! Why Yaarl? Is there a story behind the name? Well we chose the name” Yaarl” for a few significant reasons.
Yaarl is a commonly used short form for “Jaffna”, reflecting our Ceylon Tamil background. Yaarl is also a soft musical instrument played in traditional Tamil and Indian music. We feel a strong connection to our roots, heritage and culture and have a certain sense of pride in having this reflected in the name of our business.
