Covid 19 Curtin Theatre - external hirers information
By agreeing to the quote to hire Curtin Theatre, it deems that you, the hirer, will abide by the following rules that apply to the venue as directed by the Western Australian Government and the current health advice.
After school hours and weekends
Proof of vaccination
Each person 16 years and older entering the premises provides accepted proof of vaccination or medical exemption, including an acceptable form of identification (unless proof of vaccination is provided through the Express Plus Medicare app or the ServiceWA app)
Masks (patrons)
Each person 16 years and older entering the premises must wear a mask while inside the building or have a medical exemption.
Masks (cast)
Masks are not required onstage during the performance on weekends and after school hours. However masks are required at all times while not on stage if the cast member is 16 years or older or has a medical exemption.
Contact registers
The contact details of each person that is aged 16 years and over who enters Curtin Theatre will need to be registered either via the safe WA QR code or on the paper records, including patrons, staff, volunteers and contractors.
During school hours
Please note that any hire during school hours requires all of the above rules to be followed and that all people are required to wear a mask while onstage unless the person has a medical exemption.
