We have Successfully Processed your FULL REFUND back to your same card, that you have used to purchase tickets from Dry Tickets. We are monitoring things closely and taking any precautionary measures as advised by local authorities.

The Australian government has advised against non-essential events of more than 500 people from Monday 16th March until further notice.

If your event has been cancelled or postponed, we will email you directly or will soon be sending you all the information you need.

Tickets purchased by credit or debit card will be FULLY REFUNDED. Therefore, you do not need to contact us.

Please Note: Your FULL MONEY reversed to the same card, that you have used to purchase Tickets from Dry Tickets.

Patrons should allow approximately 25 WORKING DAYS for the refund to appear in their account.
