We have Successfully Processed your FULL REFUND back to your same card, that you have used to purchase tickets from Dry Tickets. It can take 10 - 15 working days to appear on your statement, if it takes longer please contact your bank for assistance. If you have any questions, contact us at info@drytickets.com.au

Exchange/Refund Policy

In general all ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Genuinely can’t make it to an event?

If for any reason you cannot make it to an event, please let us know and we will be more than happy to forward your request to the organiser of the event you have purchased tickets for.

In some instances, event organisers may grant a refund, partial refund or a free transfer to a forthcoming event. However, this decision is at the event organiser’s discretion.
