Simple things that people can do to re -wire / re - programme their conscious & sub conscious mind to be in a more positive space. With the kind of negativity, competition, health issues, peer pressure, career goals and heart breaks that people go through, it's tough not having fears or negative thoughts that cause blockages. She urges people to see how simple things like affirmations help, and how we are all wired for success& happiness, but sometimes not attaining it cause of fears, and negative beliefs that have invaded our mind without our conscious permission. This is her way of giving back to the people, and reaching out to those people who need that push towards staying optimistic.
