All tickets are sold on behalf of Blackstone Productions.
All payments are processed via Stripe Connect and are paid directly to Blackstone Productions. The platform does not receive, hold, or control ticket revenue (excluding agreed service fees, if applicable).
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that your contract for the event is solely with Blackstone Productions.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:
The ticketing platform shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, death, damage, delay, cancellation, postponement, or disruption arising from the event.
The platform shall not be liable for artist non-appearance, event changes, venue changes, or government restrictions.
The platform shall not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the platform’s liability is limited to the amount of the booking fee paid to the platform (if any).
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under:
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Fair Trading Act 1986
Blackstone Productions is solely responsible for:
Event planning and execution
Artist engagement
Venue arrangements
Security and safety
Refund decisions
Customer communications relating to event delivery
The platform has no control over event management or delivery.
All refund decisions are made exclusively by Blackstone Productions.
If the event is:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed by the Event Organiser.
Tickets remain valid for the new date unless otherwise advised by the Event Organiser.
Booking and service fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
The platform is not responsible for refund funding or processing unless legally required.
Neither the Event Organiser nor the platform shall be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Public health emergencies
Artist illness
Acts of God
Civil disturbances
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the ticketing platform, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Your attendance at the event
Your breach of these Terms
Any dispute with the Event Organiser
This clause survives the event date.
The merchant of record is Blackstone Productions.
If a customer initiates a chargeback:
The dispute will be handled by Blackstone Productions.
Customers must first attempt to resolve concerns directly with the Event Organiser.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in ticket cancellation and recovery action.
The platform reserves the right to suspend ticket access where a payment dispute is initiated.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or co-promoter relationship between the platform and Blackstone Productions.
The platform acts solely as an independent contractor and agent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
Tickets are sold on behalf of Blackstone Productions. The ticketing platform acts strictly as an agent and payment facilitator only. All event responsibility, refunds, and disputes are handled solely by the Event Organiser.
